Movies You Should Have Seen By Now #3

Usually a Monday feature, but better late than never. Today's movie you should have seen before is Old School. This is the movie that, in my opinion, created the moniker "Frat Pack" that includes Will Ferrell, Vince Vaughn, Luke and Owen Wilson, Ben Stiller (and supposedly, Steve Carell and Jack Black, but I don't normally include them). The story revolves around Luke Wilson as a real estate attorney, who broke up with his girlfriend after finding out that she has been participating in certain extracurricular activities with random people (at the same time). He moves into a house just off-campus and he and his two best friends throws a huge party, only to be threatened to be evicted by the Dean of Students the following morning. The answer is to start a fraternity with both students and the general population, including extremely old Joseph "Blue" Pulaski. The movie follows the wacky adventures of the fraternity, including a KY jelly wrestling match, cameos by Snoop Dogg and the "Ragin Cajun" James Carville and delivering the bids to the pledges with Master of Puppets blasting in the background. One of the main reasons you should have seen this movie is to be able to understand the references when someone says "Frank the Tank," "You're my boy, Blue" "Earmuffs" and "We're going streaking."

One of, if not the greatest comedy to come out of the new millenium. If you've seen it, go watch it again and if you haven't, rent it this weekend and enjoy!

Please do NOT ever refer to that POS James Carville a "Ragin Cajun", he is a moron who went to LSU, not Louisiana, he is a tigger.
