You know a wise man once said, I think it was Attila the Hun, "It is not enough that I succeed, everyone else must fail."

Quote of the Day - March 6
So I went 12/24 last night. Not half bad, considering the upset special of Crash over Brokeback. My biggest disappointment of the night was in the Best Cinematography category where The New World was absolutely robbed. My biggest Oscar snub of the year - Sin City should at least have received a nomination in Best Visual Effects.
On to the best quote of last night (I can't remember the exact quote, but here is my best interpretation of it):
"Martin Scorsese: zero Oscars. Three 6 Mafia: one"
- John Stewart, 78th Annual Academy Awards

Oscar Picks
To honor the request of Classic, below are my predictions for tonight's Academy Awards. It is important to note that these are not the movies I want to see win, but the ones I believe will win (with some upset choices for good measure). And to anyone who was at Lisa's Oscar party last year knows, my predictions can be wrong, very wrong. It is just that I am too smart for the Academy and thus, making it very difficult to know what they are thinking.
