Pei Wei
Last summer, my boy Raj continuously asked whether I had ever eaten at a place called Pei Wei Asian Diner (supposedly owned by PF Changs). I never went there, at least not until last night. It was pretty darn good. Pei Wei is very similar to Mama Fu's and Doc Chey's (for those out in A-Town), but a lot less greasy and the service is much better. I had to post this to give props to my boy for suggesting this place.

Crazy Week
What a crazy week it has been - lots of ups and downs. First, I graduated law school on Monday and had a great final evening playing darts and Golden Tee at Twain's with the clique. Then, on Tuesday, I drove from Hotlanta to Clutch City (aka ATL - HOU). I made great timing as I drove the 805 miles in just under 12 hours. The next morning I moved into my brand new apartment, but then sat around said apartment for the next 8 hours waiting for the technicians from Time Warner Cable to show up and install my digital cable and internet service (which is awesome - more to follow on this later). Then, my dad flew in later on Wednesday to help me set up the new pad. We finished the night buying my brand spanking new 42" LCD television, which by the time the sale came to completion, it was about 10:45, even though Best Buy closed at 9. On Thursday I started my PMBR bar review class and we discussed torts. Afterwards, my dad and I stopped for the best fajitas ever at the wonderfully magnificent Lupe Tortilla, located conveniently on the 59 access road between Shepherd and Kirby. Unfortunately, the s*^t hit the fan and my car decided to completely break down as I was entering my apartment complex (we had to push it into a parking spot). I just about lost it that night.
Thankfully, Friday came and I went with my dad to Advantage BMW to look for a new car. Mauricio, our kosher connection, sold me a brand new dark grey 2006 BMW 330i. It is frickin awesome!!!!!! Afterwards, I went to class to learn some evidence, then to Pizzitola's Bar-B-Cue for some tasty brisket. Next, I set up my new Dell Desktop system, which is also quite awesome. Then, on Saturday, my television and the rest of my stuff from Atlanta was delivered. Constitutional law class followed, and then came EPISODE III: Revenge of the Sith. To Mr. George Lucas: you pulled it off. What a fantastic way to end the greatest grouping of movies ever. The $150+ million it has made so far is well deserved. Kudos, and kudos again.
Finally, today, I got my digital cable and dvr set up and working well, as I accomplished setting up my new Vonage account. The sound is crystal clear and unlimited local and long distance calling for $24.99 is an amazing deal. Dropped my dad off at the airport, then my boy Raj visited the pad and was satisfied with all of my new purchases.
Told you it was a crazy week.
