So I finally caught this movie last night and it was worth the wait. There is no question that this movie franchise gets better as it goes along. This, the fourth of the series, was by far the darkest and by far the best of the lot. With great performances by much of the supporting cast, including Alan Rickman, Maggie Smith, Jason Isaacs, and new to the franchise, Ralph Fiennes, who shines as Lord Voldemort. The sets were fantastically done and the opening scene was incredible, though I would have enjoyed to see a little of the Quidditch match. This movie did run a tad long as there were some scenes that could've been lost without harming the final product. I have never read any of the books, so I cannot comment on what scenes were left out, but the film itself was a strong addition to this franchise. Even the kids are getting better with their acting abilities.
